These terms govern your use of SaidBase (saidbase.com). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

SaidBase lets you embed a cancellation survey in your product's cancel flow, automatically categorizes the responses, and generates a weekly summary. The free plan retains your most recent 20 cancellations; the paid plan ($29/month) unlocks full history and the weekly brief.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you put in your survey and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must have the right to collect and share with us any responses your customers submit.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; you'll retain paid-tier access through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use SaidBase to collect data you don't have the right to collect, to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. AI categorization failures never block a customer's cancellation — an uncategorized response is simply tagged "Other." We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected on this page.
